The sum of the points gave Aprilia Racing Team the championship victory in the team category. In the Manufacturer championship standings, Aprilia finished third with 132 points.
MAXIMILIAN SCHEIB
"We worked hard this weekend and managed to do well in the first part of the race. I am happy because we were able to be strong and I gave it my all to try and earn the most possible points, riding a good race. I had a good pace until the crash. The championship ends here. It was a good championship - very competitive - which was definitely very thrilling for the spectators. This season with Aprilia Racing Team will always be in my heart. I formed friendships with all the members of the team, whom I thank immensely for all the work they did during the entire year."
LUCA VITALI
"Out front, the guys were really fast and I struggled to maintain their pace. In the end I managed to finish fifth which was also helpful for the win as a team. I wish to thank the entire team, the sponsors and the people who supported us during this season. We didn't always manage to achieve the results we wanted, but in any case, we were able to take home some satisfaction. These were two very nice years."
