Milwaukee Aprilia have completed a two-day test at Phillip Island ahead of Round 1.
With running on Monday limited by the inclement weather at the Australian track, the team worked hard to complete a full test schedule ahead of the first round of the 2017 championship this weekend. Riders Lorenzo Savadori and Eugene Laverty both improved their times from yesterday, despite small crashes in which both riders were unhurt.
The team arrived at Phillip Island looking to further improve the new generation Aprilia RSV4 RF, focusing on bike setup and performance consistency ahead of the upcoming race weekend. The team will now assess the data they have gathered this week and look to gain as much performance as possible for the weekend.
Round 1 of the 2017 Superbike World Championship commences on Friday 24th February with Free Practice 1 at 09:45am (AEDT) (10:45pm GMT).
