The CNV Moto 2018 caravan returned this weekend to the Estoril circuit for a double round of the Portuguese Motorcycle Championship, where Eni Aprilia Portugal Racing Team’s riders sought to repeat the good results of Portimão I.
With P1 in the Superbike class, Tiago Magalhães #19 returned to victories and ‘exorcised the demons’ from his last visit to the Autódromo Fernanda Pires da Silva.
Magalhães not only achieved an unmistakable victory with his Aprilia RSV4 RF, but he also managed to beat his personal record at Estoril with a blistering lap of 1.43.047, in what was a lesson in determination and resilience that the ‘Guerrero’ has made everyone become accustomed to.
João Diogo Silva #15 also got a good result, after finishing the first race of the weekend in the 11th position after qualifying in 13th.
Filipe Lourenço #193 was once again unbeatable in the Dunlop Motoval Cup, when he won the first leg having led since the start of the race, making it 3 wins in a row for the rider from Alenquer.
