CHARACTERISTICS
-RDS FM radio receiver with automatic search with functions:-
-AF (alternative frequencies) to automatically tune into chosen broadcasting transmissions with alternative frequencies
-TA (traffic announcement identification), a function that automatically tunes the radio to traffic information
-PYT (program type) allows you to tune into your desired type of radio program (news, sport, etc.)
-10 memory positions available
-Traditional intercom between the rider and passenger with activation independent from background noise. The capability of selecting a voice tone to activate the intercom. Background noise is removed by the central line to eliminate the involuntary intercom activation
-The loudspeaker function for cell phones (connection with a specific cable) allows for the changing of the incoming call only to the rider, the passenger, or both. The central line receives the incoming call and advises the rider with an audio or visual signal
-Stereo-quality amplifiers with 2 speakers (for the Atlantic 500) for quality listening when the vehicle is stopped or at low speeds
-Possibility of connection for Walkman, Discman, MP3 player using an AUX accessory cable (code8797170). The playing will automatically interrupted and the radio will be tuned to traffic information (TA function)
-The satellite positioned on the handlebar is equipped with an big active matrix display and with a group of adjustable commands, generously dimensioned to facilitate their use even with gloves
-The display and commands are enlighted in retro style (a characteristic exclusive to Aprilia, deriving the concept in a “car style”), rendering the individualization of the commands quite flexible while the reading of information on the practical scroll-menu facilitates the optimal and rapid selection of all of the functions
-The headphones connection to the vehicle, made with a type jack-plug, is optimal and fast even in poor visibility conditions
